VETERINARIANS

Paul Dent, DVM

Dr. Paul Dent grew up on a dairy and crop farm in Southern Illinois. He and his father raised Morgan and Arabian horses along with cats and dogs. He graduated from the University of Illinois Veterinary School in 1983 after obtaining a Masters Degree in reproduction physiology in Dairy Science. He has been a practicing veterinarian in California since 1983 and has been an Oroville resident since 1988. He has two cats, Chester and Spatz, and two dogs, Rosie and Kane. “The best part of veterinary medicine is seeing familiar, long-term clients and patients with whom I have developed a trusting and friendly relationship.”, He says. Dr. Dent likes to maintain that “small town” bond with his patients and looks forward to meeting you and sharing his 30+ years of experience.
